"The whole school took part in well-being day today and we were lucky enough to have our own little workshop with the wonderful Miss Johnson who guided us through some simple breathing exercises to help us feel calm and relaxed. We were astounded as adults to observe how focused and engrossed the children were at doing this. They could recognise times when it would be useful to use these techniques “when you’re grumpy, sad or angry”. Some were keen to teach adults at home".
